SHIPPING
We want you to receive your order as soon as possible so we work with the manufacturers to get your order filled as quickly as they can. We will process your order the same business day or no later than the next business day. Typically orders ship in 3-7 working days based upon the items in your order. Ground shipping is standard but expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be new, unused, in resaleable condition and in its original packaging. We recommend insuring any returns in case of damage during shipping. Please send us an e-mail with your order number, name, address, zip code, product and reason for return. We will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number that must be included. Some products may be subject to restocking and/or shipping fees.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Always inspect your order when it is delivered to see if there were any damages incurred during shipping. It is up to you to verify that the items delivered are correct and everything is accounted for. Be sure to get a copy of the delivery receipt to help track the order.
If your product is damaged in shipment you may simply choose not to accept it, but be sure to note your reasons on the delivery receipt. If your order is partially damaged or something is missing please notify us immediately and we will work to have things corrected.
